Amber Mielke

With over 18 years in the design industry, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creativity to every project she takes on. Her diverse background spans hospitality and furniture design, with her current focus in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. As a certified professional through both the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Amber continues to expand her expertise, with plans to pursue advanced certifications in the coming years.
Amber’s personal design style is an eclectic and artful blend, drawing inspiration from the bold glamour of Art Deco and the timeless appeal of Mid-Century Modern. Her own home is a reflection of this unique mix, where classic elegance meets modern charm.
Owning and operating her own design business has always been a lifelong dream for Amber. With the launch of Allure Design Lab, that dream has become a reality, and she is beyond thankful for the incredible design opportunities that have come her way. The ability to partner with such a talented co-designer, Lexi Stehle, to bring Allure to life has made the journey even more rewarding. Together, they’ve created a team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a shared vision for exceptional design.
Beyond design, Amber is an avid tattoo enthusiast who appreciates the meaning and artistry behind every piece. She finds peace in gardening, where each season brings new beauty and inspiration. At home, she and her husband share life with their beloved “mini zoo” with three dogs and two cats (with dreams of someday adding giraffes, penguins, sloths, and meerkats to the mix). Most recently, she’s taken up diamond painting as a creative hobby, and is constantly amazed by the stunning results.
Amber’s greatest joy is helping clients bring their visions to life, crafting spaces that are not only beautiful but deeply personal.

Lexi Stehle

To Lexi, a home is more than space between walls, it’s where life unfolds. Designing those spaces is a true privilege, and she approaches each project with the intention of reflecting the client’s lifestyle, honoring their vision, and enhancing the way they live every day.
Lexi holds a degree in Interior Design along with certifications in Professional Computer-Aided Drafting. In her professional career, she has gained hands-on experience in design with a strong emphasis on construction implementation. This foundation further developed her expertise in drafting, understanding of how design meets build, and sharpened her eye for style and aesthetics. She emphasizes the balance of form and function, bringing both beauty and practicality into real-world projects. A skill that is a valuable blend in the design world.
Lexi’s personal design style embraces a lived-in, nostalgic feel. She loves incorporating vintage touches, natural materials, and grounding tones that bring warmth, clarity, and a sense of connection. She values design that tells a story, one that feels personal and thoughtfully collected over time. Though personally drawn to the minimalist principles of Mies van der Rohe’s “Less is More,” Lexi has a genuine appreciation for many other design styles and enjoys artfully layering them to create spaces full of depth and personality.
Always seeking to grow, Lexi is committed to continuing education and expanding her design credentials. That same drive led her to co-found Allure Design Lab with Amber. Together, they share the mission of redefining luxury design, not just as a look, but as an experience they’re proud to offer on a wider scale through ADL.
Outside the world of interiors, Lexi finds balance in the outdoors, savors the soft glow of sunsets, and boating on cold mountain lakes. She cherishes time with family and friends and exploring with her German Shepherd. As a passionate admirer of European architecture, she dreams of experiencing the timeless and storied structures in person someday.
